When the sculpture is made of separate parts, it is assembled on site. Generally, especially when sculptures are of remarkable dimensions, the Fonderia prefers to create few parts of considerable dimensions, rather than smaller pieces.
This choice is rather more challenging in terms of working process but leads to higher quality in the final result because reduces the need for welding and finishing, which would ‘stain’ the final artwork. After this process, the sculpture is ready to be installed.
